Support, Right Inside MapToPlay
A new Support page for conversations, issue reports, feedback, and feature ideas, with a little more context and a lot less searching.
Hey guys!
There is a new Support page in the left menu. You can open a conversation, follow its status, and add details whenever you need to. For an export or project question, the little wizard lets you pick the item involved. Less time spent asking which map we are talking about is a win for both of us.
Basic includes issue reports here. Plus adds feedback, and Pro and Ultra also include feature requests. Ultra conversations have a priority badge. Forum and Discord remain open to everyone for questions, feedback, and ideas. If a choice points you there, it is just a different place to start the conversation.
I am still one developer, and your reports and suggestions help me decide what deserves attention. Please keep sending them. A small idea from someone making an actual map can be more useful than a whole page of my own plans.
