Atlas Map Library

Browse and download public maps, inspect versions and media, rate and discuss releases, and publish or maintain your own Atlas entry.

Browse Atlas

Open Atlas from the Community sidebar. Choose the supported game catalogue, then use search for a map, real-world place, country, or author. Filters narrow the list by map size and country, and sorting can prioritize newest releases, downloads, or rating.

Explore shows public releases. My Maps shows entries owned by the active team or account context and includes hidden or processing entries that are not visible to ordinary visitors.

Review a map before downloading

Open a map card to see its description, represented place, creator, dimensions, screenshots, optional video, preview information, version history, downloads, rating, comments, and source attribution. Use the screenshot controls and any farmland reveal or map preview before deciding whether the layout suits your needs.

Select the version you intend to use, then choose Download. Keep the creator description and attribution with the map. A newer version may change compatibility or content, so read its version label rather than assuming every download is identical.

Rate and comment

Sign in to rate or comment on a public map. Choose the rating that reflects the release you actually tested, and use comments for useful feedback or reproducible issues. Edit or remove your own contribution from its controls when your assessment changes.

For a technical problem, include the downloaded version, target game version, what you expected, what happened, and the exact reproduction steps. Use the Forum for a longer support discussion that should remain searchable.

Prepare a release

Atlas currently expects a Farming Simulator 25 map archive. Prepare the original ZIP with maptoplay.json at the required location, a title of at least three characters, a version, a useful description, and optional place details.

Prepare three to ten PNG, JPEG, or WebP screenshots that show the real map rather than menus. You may also add one MP4, WebM, or MOV video. The archive must fit the active team single-file upload limit, although an Atlas release does not consume ordinary team asset storage.

Publish a map

Switch to My Maps and select the publish action. Confirm the active team, upload the ZIP, enter the title, version, description, and optional place text, then upload the required screenshots and optional video. Review the form and submit.

A new entry starts hidden while processing validates the package and prepares previews. Wait for processing to finish, open the entry in My Maps, correct any reported issue, and inspect the public presentation before turning visibility on.

Maintain an existing entry

From My Maps, open an owned entry to change its public details or visibility, replace release media when the edit allows it, upload a new version, or request reprocessing after correcting a package problem. Verify that the desired version is downloadable after every update.

Delete permanently removes the Atlas entry and its releases. Hide the map instead when the release should be temporarily unavailable but its history may still be needed.
